Floodplain Information Session

Event Description
In an effort to provide the public with additional information, the City of Brownwood will host a public information session about the new floodplain map. The effective date of the new map is August 28, 2018. It will be a come and go event from 4-6:30. Representatives from the city, Brown County and the city of Early will be on hand to field questions. Also in attendance will be representatives from the National Flood Insurance Program. For detailed information regarding the NFIP you may go to FEMA's website .
