Monarch Mania!

Event Description Fun Programs and Activities for 1st through 6th graders!
Learn about the dangers facing the Monarch butterfly, and how you can help.
 Presented by: Texas Botanical Gardens founder Jan Fischer,
Brownwood Public Library, and the Brownwood Area Community Gardens




Reservations required.

Programs and activities are free with regular $2 admission. 
Seating is limited.  Call 325-643-6376 to reserve a place for your child!

Time:        9:30 - 10:30 (for children going into 1st & 2nd grade):
“All About Butterflies” with an emphasis on Monarchs

10:45 – 11:45 (for children going into 3rd & 4th): “Monarch Life Cycle and Migration”
1:30 – 2:30 (going into 5th & 6th): “Metamorphosis-Monarchs”
Pre-schoolers will have
their own activities and story times, come and go between
9:30 and 2:30.
