May 16 - Jun 13   Quanah Parker and Cynthia Ann Parker Exhibit
Starting May 16 the Santa Anna Visitors center will host the Quanah and Cynthia Ann Parker Exhibit. The Exhibit will be on display May 16 through June 13. There are 43 seldom seen photographs that depicts the life and times of Quanah and his mother Cynthia Ann Parker and their 2 worlds. Cynthia Ann and Quanah Parker are two important names in U.S. frontier history. Much can to be learned from the dramatic story of these two courageous individuals. In 1836, a Comanche raiding party took Cynthia Ann from her family and over the following years, she became wife to a Comanche chief and mother to children, including Quanah. After Cynthia Ann was taken back by Texas Rangers, Quanah became one of the most important Comanche leaders both in war and peace. The Lakes Trail Program recognizes the importance of their life stories and is initiating this effort to tell both youths and adults about these two persons and about the many significant places in Texas and Oklahoma important to knowing about their lives. May 21 - May 23   M*A*S*H play
M*A*S*H stands for Mobile Army Surgical Hospital, and joining it are two unpredictable madcaps, Hawkeye and Duke. They can't be dealt with casually, however, because they are also two of the best chest surgeons in South Korea. They decide to wage a campaign to get a young Korean to the United States and entered in a good school. The thread of this effort helps tie together the pileup of comic adventures that pyramid right before the eyes of your astonished and hysterical audience! Hawkeye has a scene with a woman psychiatrist who believes he's been trying to lobster-trap mermaids in a rice paddy! There's a jolly encounter with the baby-talking Bonwit sisters, the worst tap-dancing act the U.S.O. ever sent overseas. A sergeant is selling dumb GIs fishing rights in the Bay of Phum. Radar O'Reilly, a soldier with incredible hearing, anticipates things before they happen. The proprietor of a painless dental clinic is cured of dark moods by the recreation of an old monster movie?and a monster! It's all here, including a little romance mixed in with dramatic moments and a genuine love of life. Oh, yes?the Korean boy does get his education in the United States!

Ask questions and learn from other consultants who are currently working their businesses. Here are just a few reasons to consider Mary Kay:

Has the highest commission structure of any direct sales company today.

*     Have the highest paid women, with hundreds earning over $50,000/$100,000 per year.

*      Has been named three times as one of The "Top 100 Companies to work for in America" (1984, 1993, 1998) and as one of the "10 Best Companies for Women to Work For".

*      Does not test on animals.

*      Products are consumable and you will always have repeat business.

May 28 - May 30   M*A*S*H play
