YOGA at the Winery

We are transforming our tasting room into a yoga studio!
The practice of Yoga has many benefits, including stress reduction, increased flexibility, improved cardio and circulatory health – and – wine does too!!!
Come practice with us in our beautiful and serene setting of the winery’s cozy space. This is a wonderful opportunity to get healthy two-fold and meet new like-minded friends! After class indulge in a complimentary glass of wine per participant and some snacks.
We will begin with 45 minutes of yoga, with some relaxing mediation, infused with fun music, fit for all levels from beginners to intermediate.
The experience includes:
45-minute yoga class, $24 per class with one complimentary glass of wine & snacks per yogi participant.
Some Notes about this class: This is a winery so it will be cooler than a yoga studio. Please wear yoga pants rather than shorts and layer.
Also, BRING your own mat, as we will not have mats available for loan.
-Limit is 25 yogis for each yoga class
Jae Nelson’s yoga path began over 12 years ago, and was solidified with her certification as a yoga instructor. She is also a Tai Chi and Qigong instructor and has her certification in Senior Yoga and Chair yoga classes. It was these studies and practices that she discovered a love for uniting movement with the breath which will allow the mind to become still and the focus to be solely on the body and the breath.
