Jody Loudermilk has been the Owner/Operator of BFC for over 9 years. She holds a degree from Texas Tech University in Exercise Sports Science w/ emphasis in Corporate/Industrial Fitness. She has been in the fitness industry over 30 years beginning at BodyWorks in Lubbock, Tx. Her passions and experience as a Certified Personal Trainer, Les Mills Group Fitness Instructor, and being a fitness business owner has given her the opportunity to practice in her philosophy of Preventative Health.
